Our designers are all graduates of accredited design programs and are required to complete on-going training to stay at the forefront of technology. We are located in Lexington, Kentucky; however we serve clients from across the United States and even in Europe.
Do you have an office I can visit?

Do I have to sign a contract or agreement if I choose to work with you?
We do have a website agreement that you will have to agree to before we can begin work on your project. You can view it by clicking here. When you order online with us, you will be able to show your agreement during the ordering process. If you would like to place an order over the phone, the agreement will be emailed or faxed to you, whichever you choose, and you will be able to sign it and fax it back, or indicate through a return email that you agree to it.
Can I have some references?

Do you offer a referral fee?
Yes we do. There is nothing that makes us happier than having a recommendation from a satisfied customer. We hope that you will tell your friends and associates about us because you are satisfied with our services. We award referrals with 10% commission once the order has been paid in full. That means if you refer someone to us, and they get a $2000 website, you get $200! Just make sure they tell us that they found us through you.
What do you do with the information I give you over the phone or online?
Do you have a privacy policy?

Website Design
Will you design my web site any way I want?
Yes. You name it you got it. We will advise you on what works best if you want us to.
Will you design an adult oriented website for me?
We will not design any site which contains pornography. If you have questions about the content of your website, please email us at info@chadconger.com.
How long will it take to finish my website?
It depends on what type of website you need. A very basic website, like our Simple Web Solution package for $199, will typically only take 5-7 business days if you have your content ready to submit to us. If you have specific time requirements, please contact us at info@chadconger.com and we'll be happy to work with you.
What is HTML or a HTML page?
HTML pages are written with a language called HTML. Most of the pages on the internet are made from HTML. It is a type of coding that is search engine friendly and the best way to display information on a website.
What is Flash?
Flash is a non HTML way to create a website. It is better suited for flashy animation, entertainment, and games than HTML, but it is not search engine friendly and users cannot bookmark a specific page on your website. It takes longer to load so dial up users are likely to avoid flash websites. It can be used very well as an add-on for HTML pages to add a little “FLASH” to your site.
Do you design “Flash” websites?
Yes! We can design a website for you using only Flash, or we can use Flash in just a few parts of your website. Whatever you want!
Is website hosting included?
Hosting is included for the first year in all of our packages. There are different types of hosting that come with different packages, or if you make your own package, you choose which one you want. If you will be selling products or services through your website you must choose either Business or Pro Hosting.
What is the difference between hosting packages?
The higher the hosting level means you get more storage space known as “Gigabytes (GB)” and more “Gigabytes Transferred.” Everything that is on your web page such as text and pictures are all stored in a database called a “server”. The amount of GB space you are allowed means you get that much room to store information on your website. Large pictures and flash content take up more space.
The amount of GB Transferred refers to how many people can visit your website in one month. For example: If the information on your website takes up 1 GB of storage, and your hosting package includes 100 GB transferred, that means 100 people can go to your website in one month. If more than 100 people visit your web page, you will either be charged by the hosting company for the additional transfer time or your website will temporarily not work. This is not related to us at all, it is totally up to the hosting company. If you will have an E-commerce website to sell products or services, you must choose Business or Pro hosting. If you are unsure which hosting package your site will need, we will be happy to help you decide.

I already have a website. Do you do website re-designs?
Yes. We are happy to do site redesigns. In most cases a redesign is much faster than building a web site from scratch so you will save money.
How much will a website re-design cost?

What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Site Optimization?
SEO is a process of arranging a website's content to get high rankings in search engines like Google or Yahoo. It includes tailoring on-page text (such as headlines and subtitles) as well as choosing the proper keywords for a page's “meta tags”. SEO efforts may involve perfecting a website's coding, presentation, and structure, as well as fixing problems that could prevent search engine indexing programs from fully searching and indexing a website. Basically, if you have a website about sewing, you want people who type “sewing” in at Google.com to see your website show up in the search results. But for this to happen, you have to “optimize” your website so it is easy for the search engine to find it. SEO is included free of charge on every website we design! Website Analytics allow you to see what visitors are doing when they visit your site. You can find out what pages are performing well, where your visitors are from, how long they stay on your website, how long they stay on certain pages and much, much more. What is Internet Marketing?
Internet Marketing involves methods of using the Internet to promote products and services. This includes site optimization, banner ads, and pay-per-click.
What is Pay-Per-Click?
A Pay Per Click Campaign is advertising used on websites, advertising networks, and search engines where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an ad to visit the advertiser's website. We can set up your Pay-Per-Click advertising campaign through Google Ad Words. You will choose keywords you think a customer will type into Google when looking for your products or services. If those words or phrases are typed in, your advertisement shows up on the right side of the screen under “sponsored links.” If a customer clicks your link and visits your website, you are charged for that click. If they don't click your link, you aren't charged! You will have a separate account with Google Ad Words and you will be charged “per click” on a monthly basis. We will set up your campaign and account and manage it for the first month. After that month, you will be responsible for managing it yourself.
What is a Conversion Split Test?
If you will be selling a specific product via your website split testing enables you to test conversion rates for one landing page variation vs. another to see which works best -- scientifically. 50% of visitors will be directed to one home page and 50% to another. You will be able to see which page generates more sales. If you're serious about improving your conversion rate, this type of testing is essential.

E-commerce is the buying and selling of goods and services through a website. If you want to sell items or services through your website, and allow customers to order with their credit card on your site, you need an E-commerce site.
What is a SSL Certificate?
This is a certificate which is installed on a secure server. It is used to identify the merchant using it and to encrypt credit card information and other sensitive data. It is required for websites that collect sensitive data such as credit card information. Each E-commerce site we design comes with a SSL certificate!

Do you have payment plans?
Yes we do! If you are unable to pay the full price at once, don't worry. Siply get a quote and we will create a payment plan for you.

Services provided are satisfaction guaranteed. If there is a problem with any services the problem will be corrected free of charge to the customers satisfaction.
All services are non refundable.
If for some reason a customer has to cancel an order after it has been placed but before the balance has been paid in full. They will be billed hourly for the time spent on the project.
